Billie Eilish’s childhood home was raided by the LAPD earlier this month, and she is now requesting a restraining order against the alleged thief.
A guy who reportedly attempted to break into Billie Eilish’s family’s Los Angeles home earlier this month has been the subject of a restraining order request by the singer.
The 21-year-old singer-songwriter said that she had “severe worry, fear, and emotional anguish” as a result of the event over her and her family’s safety.
On January 5, Christopher Anderson, age 39, attempted to scale a fence and enter Billie’s childhood home. Anderson was arrested, and there have been no injuries recorded.
According to Billie Eilish, Anderson allegedly professed his love for her and that he was eager to meet her when he entered the property. “I’m concerned that one of these people will one day harm me or a member of my family in a violent or unsettling way. “My father and members of the Los Angeles Police Department recently informed me that an individual who goes by the name Christopher A. Anderson or Chris Anderson recently entered the interior of my family’s home on January 5, 2023, uninvited and without permission,” she said in the documents.

“It appears that Chris Anderson professed his love for me and expressed that he really wanted to meet me. I have looked at pictures of this person and can affirm that I don’t know who he is and that we haven’t spoken before.”

In court records seen by the PA news agency, Billie also claims that he often showed up at the residence between late December and early January “unannounced and uninvited.” The singer said that five times before the event, the police had been summoned to the house.
She added: “Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time an unknown person has tried to get in touch with my family and me in particular by following us outside my family’s home, professing their love for me, and making threats of violence against me.”However, any such occurrence, including this one, makes me extremely anxious, afraid, and distressed for my own safety as well as that of my mother, father, and brother.”
In addition to her brother and producer Finneas O’Connell, the restraining order asks for protection for her parents, Maggie May Baird and Patrick Mead O’Connell. The Los Angeles Superior Court received Eilish’s motion on Tuesday.
