Suraj, a 23-year-old resident of Ollur town in Kerala’s Thrissur district, has been identified as the victim of the attack. According to reports, the murder was allegedly caused by a verbal dispute with a Georgian citizen during a celebration over smoking.
Suraj, a native of Ollur, was the son of Muralidharan and Sandhya. In September 2022, Suraj traveled to Poland. He began his career as a supervisor at a ship repair firm in Poland. Sooraj was given a position in a meat processing facility once this work grew onerous.
According to accounts, the event occurred at this company’s residence. A verbal altercation between Malayalees and a Georgian about smoking cigarettes during the weekend festivities led to the murder.
When the dispute grew physical, four additional Malayalees intervened and attempted to halt the brawl. A Georgia native also stabbed and hurt them.
Sooraj was stabbed in the chest and neck and died as a result of his wounds. The Indian Embassy in Poland verified the information, according to his relatives in Kerala.
