The visit of the Danish Royal family is the first ever in two decades time, making it relevant diplomatically. Earlier, the Royal family along with Queen Margrethe II visited India in 2003.

Way forward
The Danish Royal Crown and India diplomatic meet is significant and strategic, amidst the ongoing tension surged across the entire Europe, as many dimensions are to be discussed in the fruitful dialogue. The bilateral bond between two robust economies will strengthen and further ensure swift and smooth commercial and economic relations.
The meet will also table the ongoing Russia -Ukraine conflict which is still left unresolved globally. The talks give an opportunity to India to be a neutral arbitrator in terms of the resolution. The Green strategic partnership and investments in the field of sustainable development will enhance India’s potential in adopting and switching over to a renewable economy sooner by 2030.
