On Sunday, alleged ADF extremists in the North Kivu region of eastern DR Congo slaughtered no less than 17 people and wounded four more. (March 12). The assault happened early on Sunday at Kirindera village in the Beni region of North Kivu. Katembo Kahongya, the head of Kirindera, told the media outlet AFP that the rebels also set the structures in flames.
Kahongya claimed that the populace had been executed using flames and bladed weaponry. Mukondano Kambale, a local, told the local news agency that the terrorists murdered occupants of a lodging facility and a healthcare facility before being driven from the area. The center of Kirindera is filled with dread and despair, Kambale continued.

As reported by local head Katembo Kahongya, the most recent assault happened in the weenie hours of Sunday at Kirindera in the Beni region of North Kivu province.

One of the fiercest rebel organizations in the eastern DRC, the Allied Democratic Forces of Congo (ADF), has been accused of massacring countless people and is claimed by the Daesh terrorist organization as its branch in central Africa.
Carly Nzanzu Kasivita, previously the governor of North Kivu, likewise posted that a total of 19 individuals had reportedly been murdered in the small town by alleged ADF militants, adding that the number was only an estimate.
