Increase fruit intake 

Try to eat more fruits during chicken pox. You can eat grapes, bananas. If you don’t like eating these fruits, you can eat them in the form of milkshakes and juices.

Foods high in fat

Such as butter, oil, nuts, cheese, coconut or chocolate, can increase inflammation of the pox.

Foods with extra oil and spices

To keep the body healthy, doctors advise against eating foods with excess oil and spices. Small sores are formed inside the mouth when it comes to boils, which can triple the inflammation. So leave oil, salt and spices.

Dry fruits 

Foods like walnuts, peanuts, and raisins contain an amino acid that breeds chicken pox. Although this acid is good for the body, do not eat it during spring.

To get rid of chicken pox you have to eat healthy food everyday. Along with that, one bowl of lentils, broccoli, beans and boiled potatoes should be eaten every day. Eat bananas, melons, cucumbers, apples, pears, and pears. Keep boiled chicken, light fish broth in the diet. Eat egg whites, avoid yolks. Eat a bowl of sour yogurt every day. A milkshake can also be served if preferred.
