The Court reversed a lower court ruling that threatened access to mifepristone, a medication used in medication abortions. A Scottish woman named Fiona Harvey filed a lawsuit against Netflix for their recently released miniseries Baby Reindeer. Harvey claims that the stalker character in the series named Martha is inspired by her. In the lawsuit she also claims that the Netflix production made a series based on “ brutal lies “that is different from her real life personality. Over the past few weeks, Delhi has experienced a severe water shortage. Consequently, the Supreme Court has directed Himachal Pradesh to release 137 cusecs of surplus water to alleviate the crisis in the capital. The bench of justices Prashant Kumar Mishra and KV Viswanathan informed the state of Himachal Pradesh to send water to the capital to help the state in its water crises.
